Project Overview

Uncut Dealer, an established VOD platform, sought to revitalize their online store to enhance customer engagement and streamline various operational processes. As part of their strategy to attract new customers and boost sales, the client identified several key areas for improvement. These included enhancing inventory transparency, expanding payment options, improving promotional capabilities, and integrating additional functionality such as DHL for shipping and newsletter management.

The primary goal of the project was to implement these enhancements within Magento, ensuring a seamless customer experience and providing the client with greater control over their promotional campaigns, product management, and shipping operations.

Limited Payment Options: Uncut Dealer’s platform had limited payment options, restricting access to a broader audience. Integrating Heidelpay, a widely used European payment gateway, was essential to expand payment flexibility and facilitate a smoother checkout experience for customers.

For inventory management, we developed and implemented a clear "sold out" notification system.
