Problem Statement

The client has outlined a critical need for enhancing their Magento 2.0 e-commerce platform to streamline the pre-order process for their beverages. Currently, the system lacks a comprehensive delivery option and fails to automatically calculate and collect duty and VAT prior to delivery, which complicates the purchasing experience. The proposed solution requires the implementation of a delivery selection feature that allows customers to choose when they want their products shipped, alongside an automated calculation system for tax and duty based on product value and destination. Additionally, there is a need for a storage management system that tracks products in storage, applies charges after a grace period, and automates monthly billing.
